Kopke 2005 Vintage Port
A vintage port is, if properly preserved, so very well aged. The tannins become softer over time and the full fruit flavour disappears slightly after the back ground and gives way to ceder, leather, herbs, toffee and crushed raisons, much like this 1996 beauty.
