All of And Union’s beer is brewed in partnership with small, well-established Bavarian breweries. Pouring deep copper, Friday is their take on an American-style IPA. Sweet mandarin, cooked peaches and brown sugar aromas bring to mind homemade peach crumble, with resinous pine flavours layered over a muted caramel backbone. Robust and nicely balanced, with a medium body and lingering, dusty finish.
