Montagne Noire Cabernet Sauvignon

The Montagne Noire, that is the mountain you look out on when you look south from the Minervois, the southwestern spur of the Massif Central. An example of a pleasant, polished Cabernet from the south, where the fruit has been beautifully preserved, with cherries and berries, a taste that is nicely soft, slightly smoky, with soft tannins, freshness, eucalyptus, but still packs a flavourful punch.
