Pazos de Lusco Albariño

This is the most luscious of our Alabrinos, due to the fact that it is grown and made more inland than the others.  The cool, ozone freshness that you expect from a Galician Albarino is still there, but it’s a little more restrained and fuller, stone fruit flavours are more to the fore.  Maybe not one for sardines, but its fuller flavour would work beautifully with pan-fried cod, sole or turbot.  Also great as an aperitif with salty snacks.
