Gueuze Cuvée René, Lindemans

One, two and three year old lambic beers (beers fermented with wild. natural yeasts native to Belgium) that are aged in oak vats, blended, given a second fermentation in the bottle and then aged for 6 months before release.  A complex, golden, soft and slightly tart beer that would continue to improve with another year or two of keeping.
