We deliver free of charge to addresses within a 1.5 mile radius of our store. You can find out if your address is within the catchment area here. All other addresses in London and mainland UK are charged through our courier service.

We normally deliver within a maximum of 3 working days, usually sooner, so feel free to call if you have a special request. In most cases the wine is delivered next day but we cannot always guarantee next day service.

IF YOU ARE OUT (COURIER DELIVERIES ONLY)
We will make one further attempt. You will be left a card by the courier with instructions for this second delivery. Unfortunately, if this second delivery fails you will have to make arrangements directly with the courier for delivery (there will be a charge) or you can collect from their local depot.

In the unlikely event that we deliver an order that does not meet your requirements, please contact us. You may then return it within 7 working days and we will give you a full refund within 7 days of us receiving the goods.
If you receive an order and the wine is out of condition or damaged, we will be happy to give you a full refund or send out a replacement. Please contact us by email or phone and we will organise a replacement or refund.
