Tynt Meadow English Trappist Blond

A lighter, brighter version of the original Tynt Meadow Trappist Ale, which until now was the only trappist beer brewed in the UK. Now there are two!

It’s bittersweet with gentle notes of lemon zest present on the nose, progressing to delicate hints of orange, vanilla and sherbet in the mouth.

Tynt Meadow is brewed with English barley and hops, using an English strain of yeast. It is twice-fermented, with the first fermentation taking place in the tank, and the second in the bottle. It should be stored in a cool, dark, quiet place.
