Shining Cliff Citrus Gin, White Peak Distillery
An authentically characterful gin from the White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire. There’s a powerful botanical nose with strong hints of bay leaf and orange peel. In the mouth, it’s clean but unctuous, round, full flavoured, lots of herbs in there but the principal notes are orange and juniper.
