‘Infinity’ Lager, Bristol Beer Factory

Bristol Beer Factory have always been favourites of ours.  Indeed, we often drive down to Bristol to pick up the good stuff.  And now there are two more good reasons to get on down the M4: 1. They’re making a lager.  And 2. All their beers are gluten free (with no loss of taste or quality).

Infinity is a crystal clear, pale, refreshing Helles Lager with delicate underlying malt sweetness and a dry finish.  At 4.6% ABV it’s strong enough not to be wishy-washy but not so strong as to take you out at the knees making it infinitely quaffable.  (See what we did there?)
