A collector’s piece of a beer. Although drinking it is another option!

A very limited selection of the highly acclaimed Straffe Hendrik quadrupel brewed in the heart of Bruges, aged in the medieval cellars of the brewery in a selection of Bordeaux, Calvados and Rum barrels and then blended with an unoaked batch of the same beer. Its then refermented in the bottle, allowing for even more complexity, fine effervescence, and an extended shelf life – this special beer will age nicely for up to 5 years.

Christmassy aromas and flavours of dark fruit, malt and butterscotch just go on getting better and better, so don’t feel obliged to drink it this Christmas.  As it improves over several years, this makes a great gift for a true beer enthusiast.
