A young distillery in Edinburgh, Port of Leith had the idea to bottle the same oloroso sherry that is being used to season casks for their whisky. Made at Bodegas Barón, this sherry has a classic oloroso character with flavours of dried fruits and prunes balanced with lighter tropical fruits.
