Get a Clear Head, Bristol Beer Factory’s best-selling beer alcohol-free IPA, combiniong two of the best US hops, Citra and Mosaic, for plenty of punch. To give this beer great body there’s also added lactose, for a subtle smooth creamy sweetness, which does make this beer unsuitable for vegans.

In their brewing process, BBF introduce the enzyme Clarex to break down gluten into harmless compounds reducing the gluten content of their beers to less than 20ppm - officially recognised as the level below which food and drink may be classed as gluten free.
