Flavours of lemon, pea shoot and green apple, good acidity. Despite not coming into contact with oak, there does seem to be a fuller, richer flavour suggesting oak. It’s Aromatic and vibrant, with ample stone fruit, rounded and supple with that essential clean, mineral freshness.

Domaine de la Genillotte has been producing Chablis since 1972. The family behind it, the Depuydts, remain fiercely dedicated to the traditional side of the region. As a result, their Chardonnay remains fantastic value for money. Flavours of lemon, pea shoot and green apple, good acidity.
