We import this fantastic value wine directly from the South-West of France. ?It’s Chardonnay, fermented and matured in a mix of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. ?But park all your prejudices about those flabby, oaky Chardonnays from the new world that we learnt to avoid in the nineties. ?The greater percentage being made in stainless steel, this wine combines creamy, acacia honeyed notes with exhilarating crispness and green apple and citrus zing.
