This is Italian sparkling wine made the traditional way, like they do in Champagne or with any other French Cr?mant, with a second fermentation in the bottle to give it those complex, bready-yeasty notes that we love in proper fizz. A little lighter than most French sparklers, this one has a beautiful, light floral notes.
