Pazos de Lusco Albari?o
This is the most luscious of our Alabrinos, due to the fact that it is grown and made more inland than the others. ?The cool, ozone freshness that you expect from a Galician Albarino is still there, but it’s a little more restrained and fuller, stone fruit flavours are more to the fore. ?Maybe not one for sardines, but its fuller flavour would work beautifully with pan-fried cod, sole or turbot. ?Also great as an aperitif with salty snacks.

Meaning ‘sunset’ in the local Galician dialect, Lusco is a vibrant, bright, and relatively full-bodied Albariño. It has a powerful nose with aromas of fresh herbs, tropical fruits and floral tones. Fresh and complex on the palate, the wine is unctuous, soft and refined.
