Over the 5 years we have been in business, we have really struggled to find a decent Moulin-?-Vent under ?20, well here it is! (just)Purplish red colour which – over time – evolves from dark?garnet to deep ruby. A young vibrant nose, exuding scents which are both fruity, such?as ripe cherry, and floral, such as violet. The bouquet?then becomes spicier and more complex, with notes of?truffle and cherry.?On the palate, the finesse of its tannins and the?persistence of its aromas provide unparalleled pleasure. Velvety, often mineral, this wine can present?woody notes due to ageing.

This appellation takes its name from the mill, listed as a historic monument, which is located in the heart of its vines.
