The very reasonably priced double sized bottle (150cl magnum) version of this versatile Côtes-du-Rhône-Villages.
Classic medium-bodied Côtes-du-Rhône. Ruby red with a rich nose, deep aromas of black fruits – blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry – and spices. Velvety smooth palate with soft tannins and the aromas of candied red fruits.
Made by our favourite Rhône co-operative, Le Cellier des Chartreux, in Pujaut on the Right Bank of the Rhône just west of Chateauneuf-du-Pape (also producing Origine Chardonnay and Rouge, 1612 Grand Viognier, 100% Marselan and several more of our favourites).
